In the Vizcaya Towers you will find 2400+ square-foot apartment homes with nine-foot ceilings. The penthouses offer 20-foot high cathedral ceilings. All homes face south overlooking the 18th fairway of one of three world-class Palm Aire golf courses. With only two residences per floor, you share the elevator with fewer than twelve neighbors. Each unit has three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den or family room. There are two balconies per home, one 25 feet long, overlooking the golf course.
In the Vizcaya Gardens, the units are well over 2000 square feet, also with nine-foot ceilings. Each of the six courtyards has just four homes, with handsome foliage and a beautiful, old-world-style fountain. All residences have two balconies and, on the second floor, cathedral ceilings.
Each apartment has its own designated carport parking spot. Other vehicles are easily accommodated in our spacious parking lots located adjacent to the buildings.
