Vizcaya is home to 100 condominium residences with a mix of Towers and Gardens, thoughtfully designed for privacy, space, and comfort. The Vizcaya Towers feature over 2,400 square feet per home with nine-foot ceilings, two residences per floor, and private elevator access. Each home offers south-facing views overlooking the 18th fairway of one of Palm Aire’s championship golf courses, along with two balconies, including a 25-foot balcony with scenic golf course views. The penthouses feature soaring 20-foot cathedral ceilings. The Vizcaya Gardens offer more than 2,000 square feet per home with nine-foot ceilings, arranged in six intimate courtyards, each with just four homes. These roofs provide more than forty years of life expectancy and qualify the community for wind mitigation credits that help keep insurance rates low. A new walking and biking trail now winds several miles through the area’s scenic lakes, with plans to extend it toward the Everglades. The nearby Palm Aire Community Center offers clubs, fitness and art classes, movies, and other programs, all within a mile of home and adjacent to our local Publix supermarket. A new fire and rescue facility is also located at the Palm Aire entrance, adding to residents’ peace of mind.
